\n\t Your Responsibilities\t <\/h1>\t
\n\t
  • Manage and organize the front office team of about 6 employees (2 receptionists and 4 housekeeping staff);<\/li>
  • Oversee the entire front office area (reception, reservations, guest relations);<\/li>
  • Strategic planning in coordination with the owner (revenue, occupancy, guest communication);<\/li>
  • Maintain and manage the hotel software (Protel), including price changes, room blocks, and notes;<\/li>
  • Manage OTAs (Booking.com, Kurzurlaub, Reservision, etc.) and online availability;<\/li>
  • Prepare and review invoices, credit notes, and cancellations;<\/li>
  • Optimize room allocation and prepare the weekly schedule;<\/li>
  • Independently handle and manage conference and group inquiries (including portals such as MICE, EventInc, Ivvy);<\/li>
  • Create and maintain the reception manual, price lists, and framework agreements;<\/li>
  • Take responsibility for smaller administrative tasks and internal processes;<\/li>
  • Participate in projects to improve workflows and guest satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul>\t <\/div> <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t Your Profile\t <\/h1>\t
    \n\t
    • Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification;<\/li>
    • Several years of professional experience in front office management or reservations;<\/li>
    • Experience in leading and motivating a small team;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of revenue management and pricing is an advantage;<\/li>
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking;<\/li>
    • Confident use of hotel software (Protel preferred) and common office applications;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of OTAs, channel management, and billing systems;<\/li>
    • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and team spirit;<\/li>
    • Good command of German and English, spoken and written;<\/li>
    • Experience or interest in marketing and social media is a plus and will be given preference.<\/li><\/ul>\t <\/div> <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
