We, Landhaus Danielshof, a boutique hotel with an attached catering department, are now looking for a dedicated F&B Manager to strengthen our team.

About Us

Our boutique hotel has 41 rooms and offers a variety of event options, including à la carte service, seminars, birthday parties, weddings, baptisms and other events. With a team of 30 permanent employees, we work in a familiar and warm atmosphere.

Your Tasks

  • Above all, you are operationally hands-on and ensure every day that our guests enjoy our culinary offerings to the fullest.
  • Coordination of the various F&B areas and independent planning and implementation of F&B campaigns at different venues.
  • With a high level of service awareness and attention to detail, you ensure that all quality standards are met.

What you must have

  • Completed training in the hotel industry and experience in the F&B sector.
  • Assertiveness, creativity and motivation.
  • Enjoy working in a committed, multicultural team.
  • Your strengths include initiative, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Good PC knowledge and experience with MS Office are an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German is essential.
  • Ability to lead a team and work closely with the owner.
