For our restaurant and event areas, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately with service-oriented and qualified restaurant or hotel professionals (m/f/d). You ensure that our guests feel welcome and enjoy memorable culinary experiences.
About Us
Our boutique hotel features 41 rooms and offers a variety of culinary and event services in addition to à la carte dining. With a passion for high-quality cuisine and warm service, we cater to restaurant guests, seminar groups, weddings, and private celebrations. Team spirit and quality are what set us apart.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional service in the restaurant and during banquets or events;
- Advise guests on food and beverage choices;
- Ensure smooth operations in both à la carte service and events;
- Prepare and follow up on service tasks (table setup, mise en place, billing);
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a perfect guest experience;
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a restaurant or hotel professional, or comparable qualification;
- Experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality;
- Enjoy working with people and have a genuine passion for excellent service;
- Team player with reliability and a well-groomed appearance;
- Good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
