We, Landhaus Danielshof, a family-run boutique hotel with 41 rooms and a dedicated team of around 30 employees, are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. Our motto is: “A Home Away from Home” – our guests should feel at home and are always at the center of everything we do. As Front Office Manager, you are the heart of the house: you coordinate reception, housekeeping, bookings, and communication, work closely with management, and bring structure, overview, and warmth to the team.

In addition to the hotel operation with an à la carte restaurant, we also offer catering services, seminars, weddings, and other events. Your Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front office team of about 6 employees (2 receptionists and 4 housekeeping staff);
- Oversee the entire front office area (reception, reservations, guest relations);
- Strategic planning in coordination with the owner (revenue, occupancy, guest communication);
- Maintain and manage the hotel software (Protel), including price changes, room blocks, and notes;
- Manage OTAs (Booking.com, Kurzurlaub, Reservision, etc.) and online availability;
- Prepare and review invoices, credit notes, and cancellations;
- Optimize room allocation and prepare the weekly schedule;
- Independently handle and manage conference and group inquiries (including portals such as MICE, EventInc, Ivvy);
- Create and maintain the reception manual, price lists, and framework agreements;
- Take responsibility for smaller administrative tasks and internal processes;
- Participate in projects to improve workflows and guest satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification;
- Several years of professional experience in front office management or reservations;
- Experience in leading and motivating a small team;
- Knowledge of revenue management and pricing is an advantage;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking;
- Confident use of hotel software (Protel preferred) and common office applications;
- Knowledge of OTAs, channel management, and billing systems;
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and team spirit;
- Good command of German and English, spoken and written;
- Experience or interest in marketing and social media is a plus and will be given preference.
